    The location next to the Old Course is very nice, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast service could improve as orders got lost, leading to delays. It was a lovely experience with excellent dining options despite a few hiccups.

    The hotel is modern with helpful enough and particularly helpful staff and views of the sea. The room is well furnished and essentials you need, including a lounge and an iron, is right there. The place has fantastic location in a restaurant for that amount of time. Also, it is close to in a top location for stunning walks beside the golf links.

    The venue is clean and reasonably spacious with knowledgeable staff members. The location is marvellous and stunning, 1 km from St Andrews Aquarium.

    Very good breakfast with a view of the Old Course. The rooms and the bath were clean; unfortunately, in our case, the water did not run off in the shower. The interior of the hotel is as you would expect from Scotland: charmingly antiquated.

    The room was pleasantly large and the staff was friendly.

    A golf event took a place in the hotel during out stay, so for the other guests there was no room service, no bar or restaurant. I expect a hotel of this price range to treat ALL guests well.

    The restaurant of the Macdonald Rusacks is really perfect. The best we have eaten in fourteen days in Schotland. Nice place near the 18th of the Old Course in St Andrews.
